Nadina Longo

She is a licensed Florida real estate agent and has represented local and foreign buyers and sellers . She was born in Argentina and moved to the United States in 2000. Nadina’s experience allows her to make positive connections with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. My mission is to provide each of my clients with comprehensive and personalized attention that adapts to their needs and that way they can make a successful investment.

RESPONSIBILITY​

  • Representing Clients: She acts as intermediaries between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants. They represent the interests of their clients throughout the real estate transaction process.
  • Market Analysis: She provide clients with information about current market conditions, comparable properties, and pricing trends to help them make informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Property Marketing: She market properties for sale or rent by creating listings, advertising through various channels (such as online listings, social media, and print media), conducting open houses, and networking with other real estate professionals.
  • Negotiation: She negotiates on behalf of their clients to secure the best possible terms and prices for buying, selling, or leasing properties. This includes negotiating sales prices, contract terms, and rental agreements.
  • Transaction Management: She oversees the entire transaction process, including coordinating property showings, facilitating inspections and appraisals, managing paperwork and documentation, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Legal Compliance: She ensures that all aspects of the real estate transaction comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes disclosure requirements, fair housing laws, and contract laws.
  • Client Advocacy: She advocates for their clients’ interests throughout the transaction process, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their real estate goals.
